How can I find a charity that needs a basic website designed for them?

This may not make much sense, so I’ll explain. I do basic webpage designing as a hobby, and I wanted to put my skills to use by designing a basic webpage for a charitable organization. My skills are pretty basic. But I don’t want to have to pay for the domain or anything like that. Is there an online service or anything where I can get in touch with a genuine charity that could use my help?

You can put an ad up on craigslists and see if any charities are willing to accept your offer.
